Shipping rates and info.:
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance with any purchase.
- We are not responsible for shipping costs for returned or exchanged merchandise.
- Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
- Orders received on weekend, holidays and after 1 pm EST will begin processing the next business day.
- All orders are processed from New York City.
- All orders are usually shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your order though processing times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
- We cannot always guarantee availability of products. If the item purchased becomes unavailable or delayed, we will notify you immediately by email. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. A pending amount may appear on your statement immediately after placing your order as a measure to authorize your card. The amount will not be processed until your shipment is ready.
- All prices are listed in US dollars.
- We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Cancellations, exchanges and returns:
- Customers must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any item(s).
- All exchanges and returns must be made within fourteen days of your ship date. Orders returned within fourteen days are eligible for a refund. Merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, packaging and undamaged to qualify for a refund. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
- Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- We will not accept COD return parcels.
- For domestic refunds, a $10 USD processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed to by Curio Supply Company.
- We reserve the right to refuse receipt of a return and deny refund. We recommend returning package to be trackable as we will not be responsible for lost return parcels.
- All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
- We accept major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept payment by check, money order or Paypal.
Taxes and duty:
Items sold are subject to New York State sales tax if the order is shipped within New York State. The New York State sales tax is 8.875% for items $110 and over, and 4.375% if items under $110.
International customers, we are not responsible for any duties incurred via the local customs.
